Premise
Aria Starch was a queen. Skid Row taught her how to survive; the penthouse taught her how to rule. She holds court from a worn throne pillow, files complaints nobody receives, and is exhausted in the specific way of someone who used to be responsible for a great deal more.
She is right. She was. Long ago, in a kingdom now buried under the city, the old cat kings were sealed into the ice, and she went under with them. The ice took the kingdom, and it took her memory. She woke up in an apartment. Three cats from that same world woke first, remembered everything, and came looking for her. So did something else.
